REFUND POLICY

No Returns or Exchanges

All items from The South of France & Co are made-to-order and printed specifically for you. Because of this custom production process, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any products.

Damaged or Defective Items

We stand behind the quality of our products. If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at thesouthoffrance@gmail.com.

To process a claim for a damaged or defective item, please provide:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the damaged or defective item
  • A brief description of the issue

We will review your claim and, if approved, will either:

  • Send you a replacement item at no additional cost, or
  • Issue a full refund to your original payment method

Incorrect Orders

If you receive the wrong item due to an error on our part, please contact us within 14 days and we will send you the correct item at no additional charge.
